High precision automatic optical system

1800 / mm reticle (dispersion rate) large area grating monochromator, a new type self collimation, all lenses are quartz coating, the detection range and the stability of optical broad to ensure the precision of analysis. Polymer spray chamber

When customer testing high concentration elements, the burner’s angle can be adjusted to reduce the value of the absorbance.
By using this technology,you can test the maximum concentration of 20 times, and it is not easy to affected by the dilution errors, elements pollution of the containers and reagents.

It is equipped high performance hallow cathode lamp, it has more obvious results to test arsenic, gold and other elements;
Setting of high performance light position: AA-1800F is three lamps model machine, which is No. 3 lamp position; AA-1800C,AA-1800S and AA-1800H are six lamps model machine, which are No.5 and No. 6 lamp position; AA-1800D and AA-1800E are eight lamps model machine,which are No. 7 and No. 8 lamp position.

Electronic control heating: For conventional or low -temperature elements,our
company uses unique power heating method,built-in temperature curve,more accurate to eliminate interference factors.
Time control heating: For some high-temperature elements, you can choose time control temperature,0.5s,1s and 1.5s can be set.
Light control heating: Light control heating can directly monitor the inner wall temperature of the graphite tube,which is closer to the sample,and also make the heating more smoother and more stable.Other companies basically detect the temperature of the outer wall, but the value of the inner wall is more accurate and effective, and more closer and accurate to detect the sample. It is also built-in curves between light intensity and temperature.
It is our patented technology.

Eight. Two background correction functions

D2 method (deuterium lamp method) and SR method (high speed self-absorption method) two background correction methods.
D2 method (deuterium lamp method):It is suitable for environmental water, pure water, tap water and other relatively simple body samples;
SR method (high-speed self-absorption method): It is suitable for food and other body samples which are relatively complex and contain a large number of interfering elements.

The rapid switching of the automatic sample tray of the graphite furnace,it is beneficial to reduce the volatilization of the organic reagents, making the determination data more stable and reducing the harm to the experimenters. It can also improve the accuracy and efficiency of sample injection, improve the test level and accuracy. According to the needs, you can specify the sample cup and reagent cup position at will to random arrangement. After setting the program, automatic analysis can be carried out. (Provide supporting materials issued by authorities or above the provincial level, and the purchaser has the right to check the original at the time of supply.)
The minimum injection size of injection needle is 1μL,the in crement is 0.1μL,the maximum injection is 100μL (the analytical accuracy is better than 1% at 10μL -100μL).

Packaging & Shipping

After carefully unpacking the contents, check the materials with the packing list (page 4) to ensure that you have received everything in good condition.

Place the instrument in a suitable location away from direct sunlight.  In order to have the best performance from your instrument, keep it as far as possible from any strong magnetic or electrical fields or any electrical device that may generate high-frequency fields. Set the unit up in an area that is free of dust, corrosive gases and strong vibrations.

Remove any obstructions or materials that could hinder the flow of air under and around the instrument.

Use the appropriate power cord and plug into a grounded outlet.

Turn on your spectrophotometer. Allow it to warm up for 15 minutes before taking any readings. We suggest you then do the Calibrate System with the Search 656.1nm to set the wavelength to the deuterium lamp emission line.
